OFFER - CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
All quotations, offers and specifications are free of engagement. They are only binding on the Seller upon a written confirmation from the JOLshop, which is only possible in german or english language. After ordering you will promptly receive an order confirmation by email. Customers under the age of 18 need the signature of their parents or guardian.

DELIVERY 
The order is accepted with the reservation that the goods are available in our warehouse in Bad Häring. If your ordered items are not on stock we will inform you immediately. A right of indemnity due to late delivery is impossible. Partial deliveries shall be permissible. Our terms and dates are always approximate and are not binding.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
Orders in the our Online-Shop are only possible with payment by PayPal or Cash in advance.

RETURN POLICY - GUARANTEE
You are allowed to return the goods within 7 days (starting from the day of delivery). All goods have to be unused, complete and in their original packaging. The warranty of our products covers material defects and craftsmanship. Wear and tear and discoloration because of wrong washing is not covered by warranty. Basically: the softer a fabric, the less robust is the fabric. Avoid friction with belts, ropes or rough materials, like velcro fasteners ... Depending on the fabric, abrasion can not be avoided. Chafing points or so-called ladder stitches are not covered by product warranty: The function of the clothes is not affected. Please sent us your complaints immediately, but no later than 3 days after receipt of the goods in writing by registered letter. The consumer has the right to exchange. For the exchange of the goods the consumer has to sent everything to JOLSPORT within 14 days after receiving. The date of the postmark applies. The customer has to prove, that the complaints were already there at the acceptance of goods. JOLSPORT is allowed to satisfy their customers needs in other ways. Except exchange, also by improvement or price reduction, it is your choice.

PROPERTY
Until a fullfilled payment the delivered goods remain in the unrestricted property of the JOLsport-Reborn GmbH.

APPLICABLE LAW - PLACE OF JURISDICTION
Place of fulfillment for delivery and payment is Bad Häring. The contractual relationship is subject to the law of the Republic of Austria to the exclusion of the un sales right. Place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship is the Regional Court Innsbruck.

• Shipping costs Switzerland and not listed countries only on request.
• You may return goods that had been ordered by you within seven days after receipt
• For returned goods have to be sended by recorded delivery.
  Unfree returned merchandise will not be accepted by JOLsport.
