ORDER INCOMPLETE

If anything is missing from your order, please contact us immediately with the following information to ensure that we can resolve this quickly and efficiently for you: your order number and the name of the product you did not receive. Once we have received the information, we will address your concern and try to resolve the issue to your satisfaction as quickly as possible.

WRONG PRODUCT RECEIVED

If you have received an incorrect product, please contact us immediately with the following information: your order number, the product you did not receive, and the product you received instead. Once we have received the information, we will address your concern and try to resolve the issue to your satisfaction as quickly as possible.

DISCOUNT CODES AND GIFT CARDS

If you are using a discount code, please enter it in the "Coupon or Discount Code" field on the Payment Methods page or use the discount link. The discount will then be calculated automatically. Discount codes are valid only once and cannot be combined.
If you have a voucher code, enter the code in the "Voucher or Discount Code" field on the Payment Methods page. Your updated total will then be calculated automatically. Gift cards cannot be credited once purchased.
For refunds where a voucher has been used, the amount of the voucher will be refunded first.

CARE & DURABILITY OF OUR PRODUCTS

To have fun with our products as long as possible, please read our care-labels in the products or in our product description on our website. Most of our products want the following things:
• Don't use fabric softener.
• Don't leave clothing in wet state.
• Avoid friction with rough surfaces.
• Wash, before using it for the first time.
• Especially bright colors should be washed separately and only by 30°C delicates for the first time.
• Avoid all contacts with velcros.
• After contact with chlorinated water rinse out everything with clear water.
